Order Processing and dispatch - Orders received after 3pm (GMT) will in 99.9% of cases be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
In the rare event that TSS is not able to dispatch as indicated above we will contact you via email advising you of this and you will be offfered a full refund along with an anticipated dispatch date. Pending your response your payment will be refunded on the same or next working day. If a dispatch delay can be accomodated your order will be processed and dispatched not later than the date advised in our earlier email.
**Please note - Watchworx TSS is a mail order business and as such there is no shop. Personal collection / viewing is not possible - sorry.

Please note - all returns must be accompanied by a fully completed returns form. TSS will not process or undertake any action whatsoever if goods are returned without a returns form.

If we are in error
If TSS supplies you with incorrect or faulty goods we will correct our mistake by supplying the correct product along with self addressed post paid packaging in which to return the item dispatched in error. Dispatch errors must be notified by phone or by email to email@example.com within 5 working days of receipt of goods (no exceptions). Exchanges are on a 'like for like' basis only.
If we are not in error
If you receive the correct goods (ie. as ordered) and subsequently find that you have ordered the wrong size, colour or item, subject to the terms listed below, TSS will be happy to exchange items or issue a refund subject to the following conditions and exchanges will be like for like only.
IMPORTANT - please Note Any items that show any signs of wear whatsoever, ie. have been tried on/worn/adjusted will not be eligible for refund - this is non negotiable and no exceptions will be made. This is in accordance with current UK distance selling regs pertaining to hygiene. a) Return of item(s) will be at your own cost. If you require TSS to supply an alternative item to that received please ensure that you include a Royal Mail first class 'large letter' stamp to cover return postage. *TSS will not process or dispatch exchange items if the appropriate return postage is not included with goods returned. Please see the Royal Mail web site at www.royalmail.com to check current 'large letter' first class postage rates.
b) Goods returned must be sent in secure protective packaging with the appropriate postage attached, if the postage paid is deemed to be insufficient by Royal Mail TSS will not collect or pay any additional postage fees charged by Royal Mail and recovery of your package will be your responsibility. Please see the Royal Mail web site at www.royalmail.com to check current 'Large Letter' postage rates.
c) Any refund requested and subsequently issued will be less our original postage and packing costs (this cost is included in the total price paid when you place your order). Example - in the case of goods being originally dispatched by TSS to a UK address by Royal Mail 'large letter' first class post your refund will be the total amount paid less £1.00. *We do not charge restocking fees, the £1.00 deduction simply covers our initial unrecoverable postage and packing costs.
d) Royal Mail Special Delivery and International postage fees are non-refundable.
e) It is your responsibility to return the goods in perfect condition, ie. resalable, unmarked condition with any original product labels and content intact.
f) Following inspection of items returned and at our discretion, any goods deemed by TSS to have been returned in less than perfect condition will not qualify for refund or exchange nor will items be returned to the customer unless TSS receives the appropriate postage and packing costs in advance.

Web site image reproduction
Due to the numerous variables in your monitor set-up and design it is impossible to guarantee that fine colour nuances / hues will be reproduced 100% accurately on your particular monitor, tv or mobile phone. TSS use state of the art professional graphics monitors and these are regularly calibrated to ensure the highest possible standard of colour fidelity and image reproduction.
TSS go to great lengths to ensure that pictorial representations of our products are reproduced as accurately as possible given the technical limitations mentioned above. All TSS images are carefully colour profiled for web reproduction and our monitors are regularly calibrated using Gretagmacbeth 'Eye One' calibration tools. However, in spite of our best efforts TSS cannot guarantee that colours displayed on your monitor will look exactly as they do here - this is an inherent and unavoidable shortcoming of monitor and internet technologies.
The bottom line - if you are not happy with the strap received you can return it for refund or exchange subject to the terms and conditions seen below.
